摘要
目的确定胃消贴中挥发油β-环糊精包合工艺条件。方法以挥发油包合率、包合物收率为指标,对超声法、搅拌法包合挥发油进行比较试验,采用正交试验方法优选搅拌法制备挥发油β-环糊精的最佳包合工艺条件。并对制成的包合物进行鉴别和稳定性考察。结果最佳包合工艺条件为:挥发油与β-环糊精比例1∶6(mL∶g);包合时间2 h;包合温度60℃。结论优选的包合工艺条件制备的包合物质量稳定,包合率及收率较高,适合于工业化生产。
Objective To explore the preparation of β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound of volatile oils in the Weixiaotie plaster. Methods Select the inclusion percentage and the inclusion compounds as the control index, inclusions with the ultrasonic method and the disturbing method are compared, and orthogonal test method was used to select the optimal condition of the inclusion. Results The optimal condition for preparation in the inclusion ： the percentage of the volatile oils in fl-cyclodextfin inclusion is 1 ： 6 （ mL： g ） ; the inclusion time is 2h ; and the temperature of the inclusion is 60℃. Conclusion The quality of the inclusion is steady, and the inclusion oercentage and the vield are high.
