摘要
法制环境对形塑一国的创投产业起着最为至关重要的作用。我国创投产业在高速发展的过程中 ,遇到了难以跨越的多方面的法制障碍。要改良我国创投产业的法制环境 ,形成理想的创投市场结构 ,应主要从政策支持、多方面的法律修改和立法、转变政府职能。
The legal system is most important to raise and mold venture capital domain in a country. We meet various obstacles in law, which is difficult to span in the high speed developmental venture capital domain in China. To mend Chinese law circumstance and form perfect market frame, we ought to settle it down by policy abet, various law revise and legislation, transformation in governmental function and consummating guild contemporary.
