摘要
本文报告以二乙基氨荒酸铅的氯仿溶液与试液中的Cu^(2+)进行交换,将Cu(DDTC)_2萃取进入有机相.然后用分光光度法来测定微量铜.经试验确定,交换时试液的pH选择为4;与铜共存的大量钴、镍不干扰铜的测定;60μg 以下的铜用5毫升Pb(DDTC),-HCCl_3萃取液一次萃取即可基本萃取完全;在18℃-28℃温度范围内,温度对萃取无影响.铜显色后稳定时间为80分钟.并对人工合成试样及标准钢样进行了分析,从而验证了方法的选择性和可靠程度.本法操作简便、快速准确,通过实验验证,给出结果令人满意.
This paper recommends that Cu2+in test solution can be exchanged with chloroform
solution of diethyldithiocarbamate, Pb2+. After being extracted, Cu(DDTC)2enters into or-
ganic phase and micro-coppcr(Cu) can be determinated by spcctrophotometric methods.
Experiments show that the pH value of test solution must be 4 when exchanging;
large amount of Co and Ni coexisting with Cu does not interfere with the
determination; when Cu is less than 60 pg, only 5ml of solution of Pb
(DDTC)2-HGCl3is needed for extraction and basically Cu is extracted in one time; within
range of 18 to 28℃ the temperature does not influence extracting; after Gu colours it
will remain stable in 80m. The artificial synthesis sample and the standard steel
sample were also analysed and the selectivity and reliability of the methods were
checked. Procedures of the methods are simple, rapid and accurate and the results of exper-
iments are satisfactory.
