摘要
根据Cu(Ⅱ)与α,β,Υ,δ—四(对磺基苯)卟啉生成配合物使试剂荧光熄灭的原理测定了微量铜。在CTMAB和TritonX—100存在下,方法灵敏度为0.005μg/ml。测定了铁粉、氧化铁及一些标准钢样中铜的含量。
Determination of microamount copper by fluorescence quenching method has been investigated based on complex formation of Cu (Ⅱ) with meso-tetra (p-sulfophenyl) orphyrin.In the presence of CTMAB and Triton X-100 the sensitivity of the method proposed is 0.005μg/ml. When NaF is used as a masking agent, 1 mg of Fe (Ⅲ) does not interfere with the determination of Cu (Ⅱ). The contents of Cu in the powdered iron, iron oxide and standard steel samples are determined with satisfactory results.
