This thesis provides the composition, design and realization of virtual instrument technology's hardware which gears dynamic data collecting & analyzing system.Technology of virtual instrument is a newly developed marginal scientific technology, which is the combination of technology of modern computer and traditional instrument. It represents the most up to date trend of development of instrument technology. Its discovery leads the qualitative. Leap of tread signal conditioning showing its good vitality more and more.
