摘要 应用基于四端网络的流动噪声测量方法,在专用的实验系统上,对离心泵流动噪声与其水力学参数的关系进行实验研究。实验结果表明:离心泵泵轴转速是影响离心泵流动噪声的最主要因素,它们之间总体上呈线性对应关系;离心泵出口压力对其流动噪声具有一定的影响,在标准工况处声压级最低。本文最后对流动噪声的成因进行了一定的分析,提出了原则性的噪声控制方法。 The pressure in discharge port and the rotation speed of the shaft are both the main hydraulic parameters of the centrifugal pump. The experimental research of the relationship between the flow-induced noise and the hydraulic parameters was carried out by the flow-induced measurement method based on the two-port model. The experimental results express that the rotation velocity of the pump shaft is the main reason of the flow-induced noise, their relation is linear generally; the discharge pressure give the effect on the flow-induced noise and it get to the lowest sound level at the standard state point. The mechanism of the flow-induced noise was generally analysed and the noise control methods were also referred.
