摘要
为了更好地进行直升机旋翼模型的气动和动力学特性试验研究 ,自行设计开发了一套既能满足旋翼模型各种试验要求 ,又有较强的实时处理分析功能的采集、处理、分析系统。首先介绍了系统的设计思想 ,着重描述了针对几种不同的旋翼模型 ,不同的试验要求用该系统所进行的旋翼模型测试与采集处理方法 ,即采用自由触发方式测试采集直升机共轴剪刀式尾桨的升力及扭矩 ,用正弦扫频法测量BELL 2 0 6直升机桨叶的固有频率 ,用重复外触发方式 。
In order to better perform experimental research of helicopter rotor model,a set of data processing system with the ability of real time processing and analysis is developed,which can satisfy all the experimental needs of rotor model.The design ideas of the system are introduced.Then,the methods of test,acquisition and processing in rotor model applying to several different rotor models and different experimental needs are described emphatically.They are the methods to test and measure lift and torque of coaxial scissors tail rotor with free trigger model;sine scanning method to test the blade natural frequencies of Bell 206 and with repeated outside trigger model and harmonic ratio analysis to test and measure induced velocities at different azimuth angles of the blade.
