摘要
目的 应用普通级Wistar雄性大鼠灌胃给药L 蛋氨酸 (L met)后对其血脂变化进行了研究。方法 模型实验组给药 (L met)剂量分别为 2 30mg 只、45 0mg 只 ,持续给药时间为 8周 ,每隔 7d对模型组动物进行血清总胆固醇 (TC)、甘油三脂 (TG)、低密度脂蛋白 (LDL C)及载脂蛋白B(apoB)检测。结果 各给药组随着服用L 蛋氨酸时间的增加 ,TC、TG、LDL C、apoB值基本呈上升趋势 ,且实验组血清中各血脂检测平均值与对照组相比差异有显著或极显著性 (P <0 0 5或P <0 0 1)。结论 Wistar大鼠服用L
Objective To investigate the blood lipid of ordinary male Wister rat after filling with L methionine. Methods The drug doses were 230 mg/rat and 450 mg/rat seperately, daily for 8 weeks. The TC,TG,LDL C and apoB level were examined every week. Results The levels of TC,TG,LDL C and apoB rose gradually after filling with L methionine, and the difference of blood lipid level between experiment groups and control group was significant. Conclusion Filling with L methionine may cause the rising of blood lipid level of Wister rat.
