摘要
智力因素和非智力因素是影响大学生学习活动的两大因素;智力因素与学习成绩呈一定程度相关,非智力因素对学习成绩起决定性作用;非智力因素中意志、态度、兴趣是影响学习成绩的重要因素;培养自制力要从提高自我意识,树立正确的学习动机和培养“超前认识”三方面入手。
The two factors, intelligence factor and unintelligence factor,affect study activity.There is,in some extent,correlativity between intelligence factor and academic record, but it is the unintelligence factor that plays a crucial role. Will, attitudes and interest involved in unintelligence factors, are the most important. Training self- control can be started with improving self- consciousness, setting up right study motive, and developing forerunning ideas.
