摘要
目的 :探讨消萎灵 I号胶囊治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎及胃癌前病变的作用机制。方法 :利用真彩色图像分析仪及 HPIAS· 10 0 0高清晰度彩色病理图文报告分析系统 ,检测、观察消萎灵 I号胶囊治疗组 (2 6例 )与维酶素对照组 (18例 )患者治疗前后胃黏膜病变组织的 DNA含量变化。结果 :治疗组病变胃黏膜细胞 DNA含量减少 ,二倍体细胞增多 ,多倍体及异倍体细胞减少 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :消萎灵
To evaluate the principle and effect of Xiaoweiling I capsule on chronic atrophic gastritis and precancerous lesions.Methods:High resolution pathological Image Analysis System 1000 were used to observe and analysis gastric mucous membrane DNA contents of 26 cases of therapeutic groups by Xiaoweiling I capsule and 18 cases of control groups with Weimeisu.Results:The DNA contents of gastric mucous membrane of the therapeutic groups were decreased,in which the number of diploid cells were increased,but the number the polyploid and heteroploid cells were decreased(P<0.01). Conclusion:The effect of Xiaoweiling I capsule on chronic atrophic gastritis and precancerous lesions might be through the anti proliferative activity of lesion tissues and cells.
