摘要
本文论述了高等职业教育的特点,创新实践能力的内涵,教学实践中的具体措施,以及所需客观条件。作者认为,关键能力、实践能力和创新素质是创新实践能力人才的基本要素。
The characteristic of higher vocational technology education, the intension of creative & practical ability, the concrete measures in teaching practice, and its essential conditions were discussed in this paper. The author thinks that the key ability, practical ability and creative quality are the basic elements of creative & practical talents possessed.
