摘要
目的 探讨血栓前状态与单发骨折尤其是多发骨折早期的关系及其临床意义。方法 用酶联免疫双抗体夹心法分别测定 80例单发骨折和 83例多发骨折患者发病 2 4h内血浆α 颗粒膜蛋白 (GMP 140 )、血栓烷素B2 (TXB2 )、6 酮 前列腺素F1α(6 K PGF1α)浓度 ;及 85例健康对照者上述指标 ,对其结果进行统计学分析。结果 多发骨折组与对照组比较血浆GMP 140、TXB2 、6 K PGF1α均显著增高 ,差别有非常显著意义 (P <0 0 0 1) ,单发骨折组与对照组比较 ,差异亦有显著意义 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 结果提示单发骨折、多发骨折发生的 2 4h之内已经存在血小板活化、凝血系统激活及内皮细胞受损 ,已处于血栓前状态。
Objective To explore the relationship between the prethrombotic state and the early stage of the monofracture patients,especially multifractures patients.Methods In 24 hours,plasma levels of α-granule membrane protein(GMP-140) thromboxane B_2 and 6-keto-PGI_ 1α were measured by ELISA in 80 patients with monofracture and 83 patients with multifractures.The same procedure were compared with those in 85 control subjects.Results Plasma levels of GMP-140,TXB_2,and 6-K-PGF_ 1α were significantly higher in patients with multifractures(P<0.001)or monofracture(P<0.05)during the early phase as compared with those in control subjects.Conclusion It is shown that activiation of platelet and coagulation system combined with endothelial injury may present at the early phase of monofracture patients and multifractures patients.This indicated the prethrombotic state exised.
