摘要
采用 T型集中参数网络及失配设计 ,研制了一台高压脉冲延迟线 ,由其可获得触发脉冲延迟时间为 3.5μs、电压幅值 >4 0 k V、幅值衰减 <2 0 %及前沿 <16 0 ns的脉冲。
A pulse delay line working at high voltage was built based on T style network. The delay line can delay a 40 kV pulse up to 3 5μs with less 20% amplitude decrease. With delay, the rise-time of the pulse is less than 160 ns, which is not worse than the results of coaxial cable.
