摘要
目的 :观察联用参麦注射液和复方丹参注射液治疗休克的临床疗效。方法 :将 6 2例休克患者随机分为治疗组 32例和对照组 30例。 2组患者常规治疗相同 ,治疗组加用参麦注射液和复方丹参注射液。观察 2组患者治疗后的血压、心率、尿量、意识复常时间以及肢厥、出汗、紫绀、指压复常时间 ,并比较疗效。结果 :治疗组有迅速升压和稳压的效应 ,随着血压的回升 ,主证很快消失 ,临床总有效率治疗组 (96 .87% )明显优于对照组(73.33% ) ;血压、心率、尿量及主要症状、体征的复常时间治疗组均明显短于对照组 (P均 <0 .0 1)。结论 :联用参麦注射液和复方丹参注射液治疗休克能明显提高疗效 ,缩短病程 ,逆转和阻断休克的发展。
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Shenmai injection(参麦注射液)combined with composite salvia miltiorrhiza injection for the treatment of shock.Methods:Sixtytwo cases with shock were randomly divided into 2 groups:the treated group of 32 cases and the control group of 30 cases.All cases were treated with the same routine therapy,and the treated group combined with Shenmai injection and composite salvia miltiorrhiza injection. The resuming time of blood pressure,heart rate,mentality and urinary volume, as well as the vanishing time of cold limbs,hyperhidrosis,cyanosis and finger pressing in two groups were compared.Results:Clinical research showed that in the treated group the combined treatment has remarkable effect on curing shock in uprising and stabilizing blood pressure and alleviating main symptom. The total clinical effect rate (96 87%) in the treated group were significantly superior to that in the control group (73 33%). The resuming time of blood pressure,heart rate,urinary volume and the vanishing time of main symptoms and signs in the treated group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was significant (all P <0 01).Conclusions:Shenmai injection combined with composite salvia miltiorrhiza injection in curing shock is able to significantly improve the curative effects, shorten the time of recovery and meanwhile effectively reverse and restrain the development of shock.
