摘要
采用乳化缩聚法 ,以生物可降解明胶为囊材制备阿维菌素明胶微球 ,利用从均匀设计法得到的回归方程 ,优化明胶浓度、乳化剂用量、搅拌速度 3个主要因素的水平。结果表明 ,按优化条件 ,预测回归值Y =90 .4 ,实际所得Y =91.3。说明以均匀设计优选条件制备微球 ,方法简便 。
A kind of optimum procedure was established by uniform test design for preparing the Avermectins Gelatin Microspheres (AVM GMS) by emulsion polymerization to select the formulation and preparation technical process. Under the optimized condition, the theoretical digital Y=90.4 while the practical digital Y=91.3.So according the uniform test design, the process to select suitable conditions of various factors became simple and easy and the result was satisfied.
