摘要
本试验对丙硫苯咪唑控释装置及其在山羊体内的释药过程和药效进行研究。筛选出丙硫苯咪唑释放率为19±1mg/day的基质(B_(57))。本控释装置适用于20~30kg山羊,在奶山羊体内能持续稳定释药61±3days。在血浆中未能测出丙硫苯咪唑原药,只能测到其代谢产物丙硫苯咪唑亚砜和砜,其浓度分别为13±3ng/ml和12±6ng/ml。本装置对广东放牧的雷州山羊进行驱虫试验,结果试验组(剂量为0.76mg/kg/day)投药5天后虫卵驱净率和减少率均为100%,直至94天才在粪中发现虫卵。胃管一次给药组(剂量为7.5mg/kg)投药5天后虫卵驱净率和减少率分别为90%和97.9±6.3%,31天后开始出现虫卵。表明试验组较胃管一次给药组效果好且持久。
A device releasing drug constantly was studied. Such a device delivered albendazole at a rate of 0.68-0.84mg/kg body weight per day in the rumen of goats for 61±3 days. The mean levels of albendazole sulfoxide and sulfone in the plasma of five goats (25-30 kg body weight) were 13±3 ng/ml and 12±6 ng/ml respectively after admin- istrating the devices. The anthelmintic efficacy of the device was evaluated in ten goats. The worm egg counts reduced to zero level on 5th day after administrating the devices and rose again after 94th day. Results from the goats given by single oral dose (7.5 mg/kg) of albendazole showed that worm-egg reduction rate was 97.9±6.3% at 5th day after treatment, and worm egg counts increased gradually from 31st day onwards. It showed that the anthelmintic efficacy of the device was higher and longer than the single oral dose.
