摘要
对 5 6例 10 2眼行 L ASIK治疗近视 ,术前屈光度 - 6 .0 2± 2 .85 D(- 1.5 0~ - 9.5 0 D) ,散光 - 0 .48±0 .19D(0~ - 0 .75 D)。随机分为两组 , 组角膜瓣蒂部位于鼻侧 , 组角膜瓣蒂部位于上方。术后 3个月与术前相比 ,角膜散光均发生改变 (P<0 .0 1) , 组中原循规性角膜散光值下降 0 .2 2± 0 .10 D, 组中原循规性角膜散光值增加 0 .2 5± 0 .13D,散光轴无显著性改变。认为角膜瓣蒂部位置影响 L ASIK术后角膜散光的变化。蒂部位于上方时有产生循规性角膜散光的趋势 。
LASIK was performed on 102 eyes of 56 patients with purely spherical ablation .Preoperative spherical equivalent refraction was -6.02±2.85D ,and astigmatism was -0.48±0.19D.These patients were randomly divided into group Ⅰand group Ⅱ .The moria C B microkeratome was used to produce nasually hinged flaps in groupⅠ and superiorly hinged flaps in group Ⅱ. At 3 months after operation , corneal astigmatism was significantly changed in two groups compared to the preoperation (P<0.01). The preoperative with the rule cornea astigmatism reduced 0.22±0.10D in group Ⅰand increased 0.25±0.13D in group Ⅱ.The astigmastic axis was not significantly changed in either group.The conclusion is hinge position influences postoperative corneal astigmatism. A superior hinge produces with the rule shift, and a nasal hinge produces against the rule shift.
