摘要
目的 研究乌泡子 Rubus parkeri根部的化学成分。方法 用硅胶和 MCI树脂柱层析进行分离 ,以 EIMS和 NMR谱进行了鉴定。结果 从其甲醇提取物中分得齐墩果酸 ( )、蔷薇酸 ( )、2 α,3 α,19α-三羟基齐墩果 - 12 -烯 - 2 8-酸 ( )。结论 以上均为该植物化学成分的首次报道 ,其中 为新化合物。
