摘要
目的:中西医结合治疗慢性寒冷性荨麻疹的临床疗效观察。方法:将符合标准的92例慢性寒冷性荨麻疹患者随机分为西医组(28例)、中医组(31例)和联合组(33例),西医组予服用依巴斯汀片,中医组予服用桂枝汤加减联合穴位敷贴,联合组在口服依巴斯汀片基础上联合桂枝汤加减和穴位敷贴。3组均在疗程(30d)结束后评价疗效,并随访至停药半年后复发率。结果:西医组症状积分和疗效与中医组相比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);而联合组症状积分和疗效与西医组及中医组相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。停药半年后西医组、中医组及联合组的复发率分别为66.66%、40.00%及25.00%。结论:中西医结合治疗慢性寒冷性荨麻疹具有较好的疗效和较低的复发率。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in thetreatment of chronic cold urticaria.Methods:92 patients with cold urticaria were randomly divided into Western medicine group (28 cases),Chinese medicine group (31 cases)and combined group (33 cases).Western medicine group was given ebastine tablets,and Chinese medicine group was given Guizhi decoction.Combined with acupoint application, the combined group was combined with Guizhi decoction and acupoint application on the basis of oral ebastine tablets. All three groups were evaluated for efficacy after the end of the course of treatment(30 days)and were followed up until the relapse rate after half a year of withdrawal.Results:There was no significant difference in symptom scores and curative effect between the Western medicine group and the traditional Chinese medicine group (P>0.05).The difference between the symptom score and the curative effect of the combined group was statistically significant compared with the Western medicine group and the traditional Chinese medicine group (P<0.01).The recurrence rates of Western medicine group,Chinese medicine group and joint group were 66.66%,40.00% and 25.00%,respectively,after stropping the drug for half a year.Conclusion:The combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine has a good curative effec.t and a low recurrence rate in the treatment of chronic cold urticaria.
