摘要
目的:探讨慢性荨麻疹中西医结合治疗的临床疗效。方法:选取我院收治的78例慢性荨麻疹患者,随机分为两组各39例,对照组仅给予西药治疗,观察组在给予西药治疗的同时,给予中药养阴消荨汤进行治疗。结果:观察组总有效率为97.44%,对照组总有效率为89.74%。结论:中西医结合治疗慢性荨麻疹具有很好的近、远期疗效,值得大力推广。
Objective To investigate the treatment of chronic urticaria with combination of TCM and Western medicine clinical curative effect. Method: select the hospital treated 78 cases of chronic urticaria patients, were randomly divided into two groups, each 39 cases, the control group was only given western medicine treatment, the observation group was given medicine treatment based on Chinese medicinal herbs nourishing Yin Xiao Xun, soup treatment. Results: the total effective rate in the observation group was 97.44%, total effective rate in control group was 89.74%, total effective rate in the observation group than in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05 ); the curative effect of therapeutic group index (0.79 ±0.15 ), control group (0.68±0.47), the curative effect of therapeutic group was higher than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant ( P < 0.05 ); observation group, the recurrence rate was 2. 56%, 23.08% in the control group, the observation group is much lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Results: in the treatment of chronic urticaria, with combination of TCM and Western medicine treatment, effective component, action target point is wide, has the very good close, long-dated curative effect, be worth to be popularized energetically.
