基于遗传算法的板类预制构件生产中的模具排布优化研究 被引量:7

摘要 近年来,装配式建筑在我国得到了广泛的关注,如何对混凝土预制构件生产过程中模具的排布进行优化,是提升预制构件生产效率需解决的关键问题之一。结合模具排布特点,借鉴制造业中矩形件排样的思想,以降低模台使用数量为优化目标,建立相关优化函数,对模具进行分层排布,并用遗传算法对预制构件生产中模具在模台上的排布方案进行优化。分析结果表明,合理的模具排布方案对缩短生产时长,提高生产效率,进而降低生产成本具有很大的帮助。 In recent years,prefabricated buildings have received extensive attention in China.How to optimize the layout of molds in the production of concrete prefabricated components is one of the key issues to be solved,which can improve the production efficiency of prefabricated components.Based on the characteristics of mold layout,this paper optimizes the layout plan to reduce the number of mold tables used by using genetic algorithm.The analysis results show that a reasonable mold layout scheme is helpful to shorten production time,improve production efficiency,and reduce production cost.
