摘要
针对纺织机械设备二维不规则零件排样效率低、原材料利用率低、材料浪费严重以及排样系统自动化程度低、生产信息同步滞后等问题,以高产梳棉机为研究对象,开发出基于C/S框架的高产梳棉机车间零件自动排样系统。该系统基于Python语言在PyCharm集成开发环境中实现系统开发并将系统打包成exe可执行程序,通过简单的页面操作,实现了异形件处理、齐套性处理、二维排样、排样方案优化与输出等功能,并通过MySQL实现实时在线数据交互,改善了人工排样利用率低、数据更新不及时的情况。应用效果表明:相比于人工排样方法,基于遗传算法与最佳拟合水平线算法相结合的高产梳棉机零件排样系统排样利用率提高12.06个百分点。认为:该系统可满足企业管理者对高产梳棉机运行状况的实时查询与监控,同时能有效减少板材消耗数量、提高板材利用率、减少生产准备时间,提高排样系统自动化程度。
Aiming at the textile machinery and equipment two-dimensional irregular parts sampling efficiency was low,low utilization of raw materials,material waste was serious as well as the low degree of automation of the sampling system,production information synchronization lag and other issues,high-yield carding machine was taken as the study object.High-yield carding machine workshop parts automatic sampling system was developed based on the C/S framework.The system was based on Python language in PyCharm integrated development environment to achieve the system development and the system was packaged into exe executable program.Through simple page operation,the processing of shaped parts,flush processing,two-dimensional nesting,nesting program optimization,output and other functions were realized.And through the MySQL real-time on-line data interaction,the condition of low utilization of manual nesting and delayed data update was improved.The application results showed that compared with the manual nesting method,the nesting efficiency of the high-yield carding machine parts nesting system based on genetic algorithm and best-fit horizontal line algorithm was increased by 12.06 percentages.It is considered that the system can satisfy real-time inquiry and monitoring of the operation of the high-yield carding machine by the enterprise manager,the amount of plate consumption can be effectively reduced,the utilization rate of plate is improved,preparation time for production is reduced and automatic degree of layout system is improved.
