摘要
从服务国家战略、支持事业发展和促进教师专业发展三个方面阐述实施职业院校教师素质提高计划的时代背景;明确提出计划需要完成推进教师全员培训、提升教师和校长素质能力、促进职业教育重大政策实施、完善教师培训体系、优化教师队伍结构等五项主要任务;并提出抓好建立管办分离的教师培训制度、完善教师队伍建设经费保障、坚持问题导向开展教师培训、创新职业教育教师培训形式、推动教师培训成果落地应用、强化教师培训项目质量监管、注重对重点产业和区域的支持等七个要点保障计划落到实效。
From three aspects of serving national strategy, supporting career development and promoting teacher professional development, this paper expounds the background of implementing teacher quality improvement plan in vocational colleges and universities, and clearly puts forward five tasks for the teacher quality improvement plan, which are to promote the training of all teachers, improve the quality and ability of teachers and principals, promote the implementation of major vocational education policies, improve the teacher training system, and optimize the structure of the teaching staff. Moreover, this paper also put forward seven measures to guarantee the effective implementation of the plan that are to accelerate to establishment of separate-management separated teacher training system, optimize the funding guarantee for teaching staff construction, adhere to launch problem-oriented teacher training, innovate teacher training forms for vocational education, promote the application of teacher training results, strengthen the quality supervision of teacher training projects, and pay attention to the support for key industries and regions.
