摘要
教学设计能力欠佳、课堂管理能力有限,是当前高校青年教师课堂教学能力不足的主要体现。教学理论知识不足,教学学术地位的难以确立,对学生学习关注的缺失,培训内容及培训方式的落后,高校教师绩效考评体系的不健全,是造成高校青年教师课堂教学能力不足的主要原因。更新观念,提升教学地位,关注学生的学习成效,引导青年教师教学能力的自主发展,完善高校教师考评制度及健全教师培训制度,是促进高校青年教师教学能力提升的重要措施。
Insufficient teaching design ability and limited classroom management ability are the main manifestations of lack of classroom teaching ability of young teachers in universities.Insufficient knowledge of teaching theory,being difficult to establish academic status of teaching,lack of concern for students’ learning,backwardness of training content and methods,and imperfect performance evaluation system of university teachers are the main reasons for the inadequacy of classroom teaching ability of young university teachers.Renewing ideas,improving teaching status,paying attention to students’ learning effect,guiding young teachers to develop their teaching ability independently,improving the evaluation and training system are important measures to promote young teachers’ teaching ability in Colleges and universities.
