天津市道路交通伤害流行病学分布特征 被引量:9

Analysis of epidemiology characteristics of road traffic injury and death in Tianjin

摘要 目的分析天津地区道路交通伤害发生及死亡病例的流行病学特征,为交通伤害预防提供科学依据。方法收集天津市各级医疗机构报告的道路交通伤害发生及死亡病例,按照国际疾病分类第十版(international classification of diseases 10th,ICD-10)标准分类。结果 2014年天津市道路交通伤害发生率为339.61/10万,死亡率为13.81/10万。发生者平均年龄为(40.19±18.40)岁,死亡者平均年龄为(49.16±17.76)岁。道路交通伤害发生者中男性为21 177例(发生率为415.29/10万),女性为13 349例(发生率为263.44/10万),性别比为1.59∶1。道路交通伤害死亡者中男性为1 077人(死亡率为21.12/10万),女性为327人(死亡率为6.45/10万),性别比为3.29∶1。30~岁发生率最高,≥65岁死亡率最高。发生及死亡排名第一位的职业均为农民,其次均为工人。发生率最高的前四位地区为:东丽区(704.06/10万)、西青区(700.01/10万)、滨海新区(672.55/10万)、津南区(539.23/10万)。死亡率最高的前四位地区为:蓟县(30.07/10万)、静海县(28.01/10万)、武清区(25.48/10万)、宝坻区(23.19/10万)。发生主要集中于第二季度,死亡集中在第三、四季度。结论道路交通伤害发生者年龄小于死亡者,农民、工人所占的比例均最高。经济活跃地区发生率高,经济相对落后地区死亡率高。 Objective To analyze the epidemiologic features of road traffic injury and death and provide scientific basis for prevention. Methods The data of road traffic injuries and deaths were collected from reports reported by medical organizations at all levels in the city,and were classified according to the International Classification of Diseases 10 th( ICD-10). Results The total road traffic injury incidence rate was 339. 61/100 000 and the mortality rate was 13. 81/100 000. The average age of injury occurrence was( 40. 19 ± 18. 40),while that of death cases was( 49. 16 ± 17. 76). Among total injury occurrence cases,the number of male and female was 21 177 and 13 349. The sex ratio was 1. 59 ∶ 1. Among total death cases,the number of male and female was 1 077 and 327. The sex ratio was 3. 29 ∶ 1. The highest incidence rate was in those aged 30-years old,the highest mortality rate was 65 years and older. Farmers and workers were the top 1 and top 2 in both incidence rate and mortality rate. The highest four incidence rate areas were Doling District( 704. 06/100 000,Xiqing District( 700. 01/100 000),Binhai New District( 672. 55/100 000) and Jinnan District( 539. 23/100 000). Areas with the highest mortality rate were Jixian County( 30. 07/100 000),Jinghai County( 28. 01/100 000),Wuqing District( 25. 48/100 000) and Baodi District( 23. 19/100 000). Incidence peaked at the 2 nd season and mortality at the 3 rd and 4 th season. Conclusions The average age of road traffic injuried cases is younger than death cases. Farmers and workers account for the highest proportion. Economically active areas have higher incidence rate,relatively undeveloped areas have higher mortality rate.
