摘要
低氧性肺动脉高压是与肺动脉平滑肌细胞增殖和血管重塑相关的疾病,持续缺氧诱导引发肺血管收缩和血管重塑。肺血管的收缩和重塑与钙离子浓度密切相关,因此研究钙通道参与的肺血管收缩和血管重塑对低氧性肺动脉高压的发生和发展有重要作用。目前研究发现,抵抗素样分子家族可能通过钙通道参与低氧性肺动脉高压的发病,故探究抵抗素样分子家族与钙通道在低氧性肺动脉高压中的作用机制对治疗低氧性肺动脉高起重要作用。
Hypoxic pulmonary hypertension (HPH) is associated with pulmonary artery smooth muscle cell proliferation and vascular remodeling, continuous hypoxia can induce pulmonary vasoconstriction and vascular remodeling.Pulmonary vasoconstriction and remodeling are closely related to calcium ion concentration, and therefore it is important to investigate the mechanism that calcium channels involved in pulmonary vasoconstriction and vascular remodeling in the occurrence and development of HPH.Current researches found that the resistin-like molecules family may be involved in the pathogenesis of HPH through calcium channels.Thus, exploring the mechanism of the resistin-like molecules family and calcium channels in HPH plays an important role in the treatment of HPH.
