摘要
近年来,随着大气污染等环境保护问题的日益凸显,社会公众对环境信息,尤其是环境空气质量信息服务的需求越来越高。作为优化质量、提高效能的有效手段,建立标准化体系对于提升环境信息服务水平,推动政府服务转型发展具有重要的促进作用。本文在分析我国环境空气质量信息服务标准化现状的基础上,结合上海市环境空气质量信息服务标准化试点建设的实践,提出了环境空气质量信息服务标准体系的设计思路及框架,以期为环境空气质量信息服务标准化体系建设提供技术参考。
With the increasing environmental protection problems such as air pollution in recent years,social demand for environmental information,especially air quality information,is getting higher and higher.The establishment of standards system,as an effective technical means to optimize quality and improve efficiency,plays an important role in promoting the level of environmental information service and the development of government transformation.Through the analysis of the status of ambient air quality information service standardization in China,as well as the practice of the pilot project of ambient air quality information service standardization in Shanghai,this paper systematically proposes the plan and fi'amework for the standards system of ambient air quality information service,in order to provide technical references for the standardization system construction of ambient air quality information service.
