摘要
帮助千万名普通教师成长为优秀教师,一直是教师专业发展领域中的研究者和实践者的共同诉求。利用多种基于大数据的知识发现方法与技术,对1 166名"靠谱COP"研修教师2016年一年的实践性知识大数据进行数据挖掘,可以发现优秀教师群体实践性知识的成分特征与结构特征,并为教师专业发展项目和教师的专业学习提供新的视角和新的方法。
The cultivation and training of excellent teachers is a highly complex progress,which could not be accomplished within a short period of time.Therefore,excellent teachers are always scarce in education system.Promoting the development from ordinary teacher to excellent teacher is a common goal of researchers and practitioners in the realm of teachers'professional development.By using the methods of principal component analysis,text visualization analysis and multi-dimension analysis,the author accomplished the data mining of the practical knowledge data of 1,166 teachers who participated the training of COP projects in 2016.The componential characteristics and structural characteristics of the practical knowledge of excellent teachers are explored and analyzed in this paper,and provide new viewpoints and new methods for teachers'professional development and study.
