摘要
采用序批式生物膜反应器(SBBR)处理低温污水,构建了内置海绵与鲍尔环的悬浮球生物填料,并分别对以海绵、鲍尔环和内置海绵与鲍尔环的悬浮球生物填料作为实验填料进行性能对比研究,在填充率、曝气量、进水水质、温度等条件相同情况下运行。结果表明,在10℃条件下,内置海绵与鲍尔环的悬浮球生物填料净化污水的效果最好,运行稳定时对COD、NH_4^+-N、TN、TP的平均去除率分别为87%、69%、60%、53%,微生物活性最高,分泌的生物膜胞外聚合物的量明显高于其他2种填料且培养时间最短,系统稳定最快,可快速启动。说明通过内置海绵与鲍尔环填料优化过的悬浮球生物填料SBBR更适用于低温污水的处理。
Sequencing batch biofilm reactor(SBBR) was used to treat low-temperature sewage, uspended ball bio-filler with built-in sponge and Pall ring was constructed. The properties of the suspension fillers with sponges, Pall rings, and built-in sponges and Pall rings were investigated under the same conditions as filling rate, aeration quantity, inlet water quality and temperature. The results showed that, sponge and Pall ring suspension ball bio-filler had best effect for sewage purification at 10℃, the average removal rates of COD, NH4+-N, TN and TP were 87%, 69%, 60% and 53% respectively with stable operation, microbial activity was the highest, the amount of extracellular polymeric substances(EPS) secreted by biofilms was significantly higher than that of the other two types of fillers, the system was stable and fastest, and could start quickly. SBBR optimized with built-in sponge and Pall ring packing are more suitable for the treatment of low-temperature sewage.
