摘要
目的研究在上流式二级曝气生物滤池短暂关闭后,采用通入常负荷待处理污水的方式,快速启动池体的性能.方法在水力负荷3.8m3/(m2.h)下启动,并提高到5.2m3/(m2.h),一二级曝气量分别为37.5L/h2、5L/h,对比关闭前自然挂膜时池体处理性能.结果运行23h后一级滤柱、二级滤柱同时启动成功,与自然挂膜耗时19d相比大大节省了时间.结论一二级滤柱和系统对COD的去除率稳定在60%、30%和80%以上,略低于关闭前同负荷下的对COD去除率(关闭前同负荷下对COD去除率分别为一级滤柱为68%,二级滤柱为40%,系统为90%).一二级滤柱和系统对NH3-N的去除率分别为94%、83%、99%.系统对色度、浊度去除率为73.8%和71.8%,略低于自然挂膜时(分别为81.7%和80%)的去除率.陶粒上生长着不连续的生物膜,表层陶粒被生物膜覆盖得多一些,中上层陶粒表面裸露得多一些,活性碳表面的生物膜覆盖率比陶粒略低.显微标定,陶粒表面生物膜厚度除凹陷处有较厚的生物膜外,一般维持在100μm以下,即处于膜活性厚度范围内.与关闭前滤料表面的生物相种群基本无差异.
After a short stop-running, two-stage up biological aerated filter can be quickly set up by running the domestic wastewater in normal hydraulic loading. The experiment is carried out in the hydraulic loading of 3.8 m^3/(m^2·h), which is, then, raised to that of 5.2 m^3/(m^2·h), while the aerates in the two fliers are respectively 37.5 L/h and 25 L/h. The characteristics of the filter are studied in contrast in the phase of naturally set-up. The CODCr removal rates of the first, the second filter and the system are respectively and stably above the level of 60 %, 30 %, 80 % ;they are a little lower than those of the same loading before the stop-running, which are 68 %, 40 %, 90 %. As similar to the CODCr removal rate, the NH3-N removal rate of the two-stage system both arrive at the high level, which are respectively 94 %, 83%, 99%. And at the same time, the tendency is raising in the future. The chroma and turbidity removal rate of the two-stage system are 73.8 % and 71.8 %, which are lower than the natural setup by 7.9 % and 8.2 %. Both stages have been successfully set up by now, and greatly shortened the time of 19 days for the natural set up. The surface of ceramist is covered with uncontinued biological membrane, and that of the top or middle parts of each filter covers less. The surfaced activated carbon has less evidence. Except for some hollow parts of the filling containing thicker membrane, the thickness of the biological membrane generally keeps below 100~m within the active thickness limits of the biological membrane. There is no evidence that shows the difference of the biomorphic on the surface of the filling compared with those before.
