摘要
本文通过比较国内外脑卒中专科护士的分类、准入标准、培训、认证和工作职责,对我国脑卒中专科护士队伍的发展提出新见解:需要设立脑卒中急救专科护士专职岗位,并从准入标准、培训、认证等方面来构建具有中国特色的脑卒中专科护士培养体系,以适应脑卒中诊疗的发展,为脑卒中患者提供专业的护理服务。
Based on the comparison of domestic and foreign nurses specialized in stroke caring from aspects including classification, admission criteria, training, certification and job responsibilities, this article puts forward some new suggestions on the development of stroke specialist nurses in China. It is necessary to set up a full-time post for stroke emergency specialist nurse, and to construct a training system for stroke specialist nurses with Chinese characteristics in terms of admission criteria, training and certification, so as to adapt to the development of diagnosis and treatment of stroke, thus to provide professional care for stroke patient.
