摘要
针对城市管理行业对三维地理信息共享平台的建设要求,阐述了面向服务的地理信息共享平台的体系架构,利用基于Webservice的分布式组件技术,提出了以二三维一体化地理空间信息共享服务体系为核心的建设思路,并建立了相应的共享平台,为城市管理与辅助决策提供有效的三维地理信息支持。以广州市琶洲街区为例,开发了二三维一体化地理空间信息共享与监控平台,并对该地区的城市管理、城市规划、资源管理、基础设施管理、经贸发展起到了重要的作用。
In response to the construction requirements of urban management on 3DGIS(geographic information system)data sharing platforms,this paper introduces a service-oriented architecture(SOA)based on GIS information platform by web service based on DOCM technology.It also proposes a development theory to build integrated 2D&3D GIS data information sharing system,and constructs GIS platform accordingly to provide 3D GIS information support for city management and decision-making.Finally this paper uses Pazhou New District in Guangzhou as an example to show the application of 2D&3Dspatial geographical information sharing and monitoring platform in city management,urban planning,resource distribution,infrastucture planning,and business management.
