摘要
目的对广东省恩平市2016年寨卡疫情防控工作进行梳理和分析,为寨卡等虫媒传染病的应对提供新的思路。方法通过"中国疾病预防控制系统"、恩平市2016年制定的寨卡防控的相关文件、恩平市疾控中心《寨卡病毒病防控工作简报》获取相关信息,并通过"广东省病媒生物监测信息平台"获得蚊媒监测数据。采用Excel对数据信息进行汇总整理和描述性分析。结果广东省2016年2月15日至6月5日共报告输入性病例13例,均由南美国家输入,无本地感染病例报告。广东省恩平市在2月19日立即建立联防联控机制,制定6个工作方案;在定点收治医院对全部病例开展病例管理;2月11日至11月30日恩平对1 184名归国人员进行追踪随访,对782人进行采样筛查,发现7例寨卡病例和3名隐性感染者;通过蚊媒控制,将全年大部分布雷图指数(BI)和诱蚊诱卵器指数(MOI)控制在10以下水平。结论广东省2016年通过采取综合防控措施,阻止了本地病例的发生,防控措施切实有效。
Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of Zika virus disease in Enping of Guangdong,and to provide new ideas for disease prevention and control in China. Methods Meta data of cases with Zika virus disease were retrieved from China Disease Prevention and Control Information System and mosquito vector monitoring data were obtained from Vector Biological Monitoring Information Platform.Information on epidemic prevention and control were obtained from Enping CDC.Descriptive epidemiological method was utilized to analyze the data by Excel. Results From February 15 to June 5in 2016,a total of 13 cases were reported and all cases were imported from South American and quarantined in the designated hospitals under 6working proposals.From February 11 to November 30,1 184 returnees were followed up and screened,782 roturneas were sampled.7cases and 3latent infected patients were found.By the effort of mosquito vector control,the breteau index(BI)and the mosquito trap index(MOI)in the whole year were both below 10. Conclusions A comprehensive intervention for Zika virus disease prevention and control is effective in Guangdong Province by properly managing imported cases to prevent the virus spreading.
