摘要
中国检察教育培训自1978年复建检察机关起,经历了四个重要的发展阶段,中国检察教育培训逐渐走上了正规化、专业化、职业化发展的道路,基本构建起了内容全面、体系完备的检察教育培训制度,但也存在着体制机制不健全、保障措施不到位等问题,这与新时代检察工作创新发展的要求存在着较大的差距。国家检察官学院作为检察教育培训的主阵地,要率先垂范地把握检察教育培训的时代方位,按照"三个一"的总体要求,以"一二三六九"的办学思路为依托,加强政治建设、突出特色亮点、夯实人才队伍和培训课程体系建设。
Since the rebuilding of the procuratorial organ in 1978,the procuratorial education and training in China has experienced 4 important development stages. It is becoming more regularized,professionalized and specialized,and has basically formed a comprehensive and complete system.However,the procuratorial education and training system in China still has flaws. The regulations are defective,and the safeguard measures are not all in place. There is still a large gap to fill in if the education and training wants to keep up with the innovative development of the procuratiorial work in the New Era. As a main base for procuratiorial education and training,the National Prosecutors College should take the lead to seize the role of the procuratiorial education and training played in the New Era,follow the "Three Ones"requirements,and abide by the "One Two Three Six Nine"train of thought for running school. The National Prosecutors College should strengthen the political construction,highlight the features,reinforce the workforce and improve the training courses.
