摘要 将喷嘴应用于自蔓延切割装置中可以起到压缩聚能、提高产物出射速度等作用,是提高切割效果的重要手段.采用均匀设计试验方法和FLUENT模拟计算方法对自蔓延切割装置上的喷嘴进行设计和优化.模拟仿真中重点考虑气体和熔融金属出口流速以及温度的耗散程度,并对结果进行二次多项式项回归分析.经分析可得,当出口半径为2 mm,收缩角为16.66°,圆柱段长度为2.8mm时,最佳距离为8.75mm,气体和熔融物出口速度最大,温度集中度最高,切割效果较好,实验结果为优化自蔓延切割装置提供了数据基础. The application of the nozzle to the self-propagating cutting device can play the role of compressing the energy and increasing the speed of the product,which is an important means for improving the cutting effect.The Uniform Design Experimentation and the FLUENT simulation method were used to design and optimize the nozzle of the SHS cutting device.In the simulation,the flow rate of gas and molten metal outlet and the dissipation degree of temperature were mainly considered.The results were analyzed by quadratic polynomial stepwise regression method.According to the cutting device described in this paper,it can be obtained that when the outlet radius is 2mm,the contraction angle is 16.66 degrees,and the length of the cylinder segment is 2.8mm,the optimum distance is 8.75 mm,the outlet speed of the gas and molten substance is the largest,the temperature concentration degree is the highest,and the cutting effect is better.This provides a data basis for optimizing the SHS cutting device.
