摘要
概述了气焰切割、等离子切割、激光切割和水射流切割等当今主要的几种切割方法,分析其技术区别与联系并综合论述了其理论、工艺、设备研究现状和发展趋势。针对这几种切割都需外界能源和设备,难以在复杂环境诸如战场抢修、自然灾害等实现快速、有效地切割的特点,提出一种无需外界能源进行切割的烟火切割技术,并基于此技术设计出一种新型的切割弹,为抢险救灾、战场抢修的应急切割提供有力技术保障。
The several major cutting technologies such as flame cutting, plasma cutting, laser cutting and water jet cutting were summarized. The difference and relation of the technology comprehensively were analyzed. The research status and development trend of the theory, process and equipment were described. These several cutting technologies need to connect external energy and equipment, it is hard to realize rapid and effective cutting in the complex environment such as battlefield repair and natural disaster. A fireworks cutting technology was put forward, which is a method for cutting without connecting external energy and designing a new type of cutting ammunition based on the technology, which can provide strong technical support for emergency cutting of disaster relief and battlefield repair.
