摘要
针对等离子数控切割机弧压调高数字控制系统位置控制精度高、实时性强的需求,提出了一种基于模糊理论CPU弧压调高控制系统,系统以主从单片机为控制核心,实现弧压调高数字闭环控制,并且具有键盘输入、数据显示、自动采集测量等功能。其中,模糊控制器采用了高度位置偏差和高度位置偏差变化率双输入与控制量单输出的数学模型。并在HONEYBEE(小蜜蜂)等离子数控切割机上进行实验表明,弧压调高位置控制精度可达到±0.3mm,满足了调高精度的要求,切割质量显著提高。
According to the demand of high position control precision and strong real-time control of arc voltage adjusting height digital control system in CNC plasma cutter,this paper proposes a multi-CPU intelligent control system for adjusting height based on fuzzy theory.In the proposed method,this system realized digital closed loop control of arc voltage adjusting height used master-slave MCU as control center.With this system,the function of keyboard input,data display and automatic acquisition measurement is also achieved.The model of two inputs of high position deviation and high position deviation rate and one output is used in the fuzzy controller.The field experiments on HONEYBEE CNC plasma cutter indicate that the position control precision of system can reach to ±0.3 mm.This design can meet the requirement of adjusting height precision and enhance the cutting quality.
