摘要
针对高级数控编程人才短缺问题,基于应用型本科院校的自身特点与办学定位,结合数控技术这门课程教学与实验的地位和作用,面向应用型本科高校提出了"以高级数控编程人才培养为核心"的课程教学改革,并提出了具体的实施方法。包括课程体系的构建、实验内容改革、实践环节的加强、教师队伍的建设等。实践表明,这些改革方法在促进高级数控编程人才实践能力和创造性意识的提升方面是非常有效的。
Aiming at the shortage problem of the advanced numerical control technology talents, based on its own characteristics and school-running orientation of the undergraduate colleges, combined with the course teaching of numerical control technology and experimental status and role, and for the application-oriented undergraduate colleges, the teaching reform of taking advanced numerical control technology talents cultivation as the core is proposed, and the concrete implementation method is put forward. It includes the construction of curriculum system, the reform of experimental content, the strengthening of practical links and the construction of teachers. The practice indicates that these reform methods are very effective in promoting the improvement of the practical ability and creative senses of advanced numerical control technology talents.
