舒芬太尼联合丙泊酚麻醉对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的:观察舒芬太尼联合丙泊酚麻醉对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者动脉血气及应激反应的影响。方法:选取我院2016年3月~2018年2月收治的须行腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者50例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组予以瑞芬太尼复合苯磺顺阿曲库铵、丙泊酚麻醉,观察组给予舒芬太尼复合丙泊酚麻醉。比较两组患者麻醉诱导前基础值(T1)、麻醉维持前(T2)、手术结束时(T3)各时间点的血气指标、应激激素指标差异。结果:两组在T2、T3时点的Pa O2、Pa CO2均较T1时间点明显升高(P<0.05),但同期组间比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);观察组在T3时间点的CRP、TNF-α、COGT均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:舒芬太尼联合丙泊酚麻醉在腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者中的效果更佳,可有效降低患者术后应激反应,值得临床推广。
