摘要
目的分析护理干预在系统性红斑狼疮患者激素治疗依从性中的应用价值。方法选择我院100例系统性红斑狼疮患者作为探究对象(2017年1月20日-2018年1月22日),实施信封随机分组模式进行分组。2组均进行激素治疗,之后分别给予基础性护理干预、综合护理干预,对比2组依从性、护理满意度评分、生活质量评分。结果观察组在用药依从性、护理依从性、饮食依从性、锻炼依从性、护理满意度评分、生活质量评分中与对照组数据之间进行比较,差异有统计学意义,P <0. 05。结论综合护理干预在系统性红斑狼疮患者激素治疗依从性中效果较佳,可推广。
Objective: To analyze the value of nursing intervention in the compliance of hormone therapy in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus. Methods 100 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus in our hospital were selected as subjects of inquiry( January 20,2017-January 22,2017),and the envelope random grouping mode was implemented for grouping. The two groups were treated with hormone therapy,and then basic nursing intervention and comprehensive nursing intervention were given respectively. The two groups were observed for compliance,nursing satisfaction score and quality of life score. Results The observation group was compared with the control data in medication compliance,care compliance,dietary compliance,exercise compliance,nursing satisfaction score,and quality of life score. The difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention is better in hormone therapy compliance in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus and can be promoted.
