摘要
目的观察健肾壮骨汤联合碳酸钙D3片治疗老年骨质疏松症(OP)肝肾亏虚型的临床疗效。方法将80例老年OP肝肾亏虚型患者按照就诊顺序随机分为治疗组和对照组,各40例。2组患者均给予碳酸钙D3片口服,对照组在碳酸钙D3片口服的基础上联合骨化三醇软胶囊口服治疗,治疗组在碳酸钙D3片口服的基础上联合健肾壮骨汤治疗。2组均以2月为1个疗程,连续治疗3个疗程后比较2组治疗前后的视觉模拟评分法(VSA)评分、骨密度(BMD)值及中医证候积分。结果 2组治疗后VAS评分、中医证候积分均明显下降,BMD值均明显升高,与同组治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),且治疗组VAS评分、中医证候积分下降更显著,与对照组治疗后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在碳酸钙D3片口服的基础上联合健肾壮骨汤治疗老年OP肝肾亏虚型临床疗效显著,可明显降低患者VAS评分及中医证候积分,提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Jianshen Zhuanggu Tang( 健肾壮骨汤,JZT) combined with calcium carbonate vitamin D3 tablets in treating senile osteoporosis( OP) with consumption of liver and kidney type. Methods Eighty patients of senile OP with consumption of liver and kidney type were divided into treatment group and control group according to the visiting order,40 cases in each one. The 2 groups were both given calcium carbonate vitamin D3 tablets orally,and the control group was added with calcitriol capsules orally,while the treatment group was added with JZT. Both groups were given a two-month course of treatment. After 3 consecutive courses of treatment,the visual analogue scores( VSA),bone mineral density( BMD) and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results After treatment,VAS scores and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups significantly decreased,while BMD value of the two groups significantly increased,which was statistically significant compared with the same group before treatment( P < 0.05 or P < 0.01).Moreover,VAS scores and TCM syndrome scores decreased more significantly in the treatment group,which was statistically significant compared with the control group after treatment( P<0.05). Conclusion Calcium carbonate vitamin D3 tablets combined with JZT in treating senile OP with consumption of liver and kidney type has remarkable clinical efficacy,which significantly decreases their VAS scores and TCM syndrome scores,and improves their quality life. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
