摘要
针对H160及以上机座号立式隔爆型电机上部轴承排油和下部轴承注油的不舒畅现象,充分考虑不停机注排油要求以及隔爆的可行性,对轴承润滑和注排油结构进行重点分析,列图辅助探讨实用性设计方案。
It gives a fully consideration on the feasibility of non-stop oil discharge and its explosion-proof performance focus on the unsatisfactory phenomenon of the upper bearing oil discharge and the lower bearing oil filling of the vertical flameproof type motor of H160 and above,carries out the analysis of bearing lubrication and oil-discharge structure,column diagram is adopted to explore operational,practical design options.
