摘要
本文主要根据GB 3836系列国家防爆标准要求,结合旋转型超声电机独特的工作原理和结构,设计了具有隔爆性能的超声电机壳体。文章阐述了隔爆型超声电机壳体的主要接合面以及引入装置的设计,并对设计的超声电机壳体制造加工出实物,通过国家防爆电气产品质量监督检验中心检测后,检测结果表明本文设计的隔爆型超声电机壳体结构尺寸和方案是可行的。
A flameproof enclosure for ultrasonic motor is designed with the original structure and principle of rotation ultrasonic motor,according to the essential requirements of GB 3836 series standards involved.A type sample,in which,the flameproof structure is mainly referred to the flameproof joints and the entries,is subjected to the tests according the standards in CQST.The test results have shown that the flameproof structure and the design scheme are practical.
