摘要
目的探讨早期氧气雾化吸入对小儿喘息性支气管炎的临床治疗效果。方法选取我院儿科收治的喘息性支气管炎患儿400例,随机均分为氧气雾化组(n=200)和对照组(n=200)。给予对照组患儿常规治疗,给予氧气雾化组氧气雾化吸入布地奈德混悬液治疗;比较两组患儿的临床疗效和症状缓解情况。结果氧气雾化组的临床治疗总有效率(98.0%)显著优于对照组(80.5%,P<0.05);相比于对照组患儿,氧气雾化组患儿的咳嗽、肺部哮鸣音及喘憋等临床症状的消失时间均显著缩短(P<0.05);氧气雾化组的住院时间明显少于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。氧气雾化组治疗后3个月再发率(13.5%)和6个月再发率(8.5%)均显著低于对照组(21.5%,27.5%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期氧气雾化吸入治疗有助于小儿喘息性支气管炎症状改善,提高药物治疗效果,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of early oxygen aerosol inhalation on children with pediatric asthmatic bronchitis. Methods A total of 400 children with asthmatic bronchitis in our hospital were enrolled,and them were randomly divided into oxygen nebulization group( n = 200) and control group( n = 200).The control group was given routine treatment,and the oxygen atomization group was treated with oxygen atomized inhalation budesonide suspension. The clinical efficacy and symptom relief of the two groups were compared.Results Firstly,the total effective rate of clinical treatment( 98. 0%) in the oxygen atomization group was significantly better than that in the control group( 80. 5%,P < 0. 05). Compared with the control group,the disappearance time of clinical symptoms such as cough,lung wheezing and dyspnea were significantly shortened in the oxygen aerosol group( P<0.05),and the length of hospital stay was significantly shorter( P<0.05). Moreover,The 3-month recurrence rate( 13. 5%) and the 6-month recurrence rate( 8. 5%) in the oxygen nebulization group were significantly lower than those in the control group( 21. 5%,27. 5%),and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusions Early oxygen aerosol inhalation therapy could improve the asthmatic bronchitis symptoms in children and improve the therapeutic effect of drugs. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
