摘要
目的:研究新疆红花中微量元素与产地土壤中微量元素的关系。方法:微波消解处理土壤样品,电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定土壤样品中23种微量元素的含量,对方法学进行了考察,并采用主成分分析、聚类分析及相关性分析对测定数据进行了统计学分析。结果:各微量元素标准曲线的相关系数均≥0.9975,精密度实验RSD<2.07%,平均加标回收率为91.2%~106.3%;主成分分析结果显示Fe、Al、Mg、Ti这四种微量元素的方差贡献率总和达84.1%,很大程度上代表了新疆红花产地土壤样品中微量元素的含量;聚类分析结果显示新疆不同红花产地土壤中的微量元素含量存在区域性差异;相关性分析结果显示新疆不同红花中微量元素及有效成分的含量与其产地土壤中的微量元素含量具有相关性。结论:建立的方法灵敏度与准确度高,可同时测定多种微量元素,适用于红花产地土壤中微量元素的监测与分析。
Objective: To establish the monitoring method of 23 trace elements in the soil of safflower from Xinjiang. Methods:Microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES) and standard curve method were used to determine the content of trace elements in the soil. The methodology was investigated and the measurement results were analyzed statistically. Results: The correlation coefficients of the standard curve of the trace elements were over 0.9975, the RSD of precision experiment was less than 2.07%, the average recovery was 91.2% ~ 106.3%;the principal component analysis showed that the variance contribution is the sum of Fe, Al, Mg, Ti elements was 84.1%;the cluster analysis results showed that there were regional differences in the trace elements content of the soil of different safflower medicinal origin in Xinjiang.The correlation analysis showed that there was an association between the trace elements contents of the soil samples and the contents of trace elements and active ingredients in the medicinal materials. Conclusion: The method has high sensitivity and accuracy, and can simultaneously detect a variety of trace elements, which is suitable for the monitoring and analysis of trace elements in the soil of Chinese medicine.
