摘要
目的:了解兰州市0~12月龄婴儿微量元素钙、铁、锌、铜、镁、锰、镉、铅元素的水平,为指导合理膳食及用药提供依据。方法:对2016-10-01~2017-09-30在我院儿童保健中心健康体检的2 702例婴儿末梢血微量元素含量进行检测并统计分析。结果:本研究婴儿微量元素缺乏率由高到低依次为锌(17.51%)、铁(13.43%)、钙(8.03%)、镁(0.07%),铜及锰元素未检出缺乏;不同月龄婴儿钙、铁元素缺乏率有明显差异(P<0.05);女婴钙缺乏率明显高于男婴(P<0.05)。微量元素超标率从高到低依次为铁(8.40%)、钙(7.69%)、铅(0.25%)、锌(0.14%),铜、镁、锰和镉元素未检出超标;不同月龄婴儿钙、铁和锌超标率有明显差异(P<0.05);女婴铅超标率明显高于男婴(P<0.05)。除锰和镉元素外,钙、铁、锌、镁、铜及铅元素的相关性系数较高,具有较强的正相关关系。结论:兰州市0~12月龄婴儿存在微量元素缺乏和超标情况,定期体检行微量元素相关检查,必要时合理调整饮食,及时、适量补充锌、铁及钙对婴儿健康成长有重要意义。
Objective:To understand the levels of calcium,iron,zinc,copper,magnesium,manganese and cadmium,lead of infants aged from 0-12 months in Lanzhou,and to provide guidance for rational diet and medication.Methods:A total of 2 702 infants with trace elements content in peripheral blood were examined and statistically analyzed at the children health center of the first hospital of Lanzhou university from October 1st 2016 to September 30th2017.Results:In the infants of this survey,the deficiency rate of trace elements from high to low were zinc(17.51%),iron(13.43%),calcium(8.03%),magnesium(0.07%),copper and manganese deficiency were no seen.There was a significant difference in the calcium and iron deficiency rate among different age(P<0.05).The calcium deficiency rate in female infants was significantly higher than that in male infants(P<0.05).The overload rate of trace elements from high to low were iron(8.40%),calcium(7.69%),lead(0.25%),zinc(0.14%),copper,magnesium,manganese and cadmium overload were no seen.There was a significant difference in the overload rates of calcium,iron,and zinc among different ages(P<0.05).The overload rate of lead in female infants was significantly higher than that in male infants(P<0.05).The calcium,iron,zinc,magnesium,copper,and lead elements had a strong positive correlation.Conclusion:The infants exists element trace deficiency and overload in Lanzhou.Regular physical examination checks about trace element,reasonable diet adjustment and appropriate supplements timely given are meaningful to growth and development of infants.
