摘要
非战争军事行动是指在和平时期为应对国家面临的突然发生,造成或可能造成重大人员伤亡、财产损失、生态环境破坏和严重社会危害,危及公共安全等紧急事件威胁,较大规模动用军队进行的应急处置活动^[1]。这些行动大多数是在突发性、紧急性、复杂性强或大的情况下展开,因此,医学救援方向也应随救援任务的不同而有所差异。现结合近年来的相关文献报道,探讨不同灾害救援中参战人员伤病特点及规律,以便在行动前及时做好救援准备及保障工作。
The characteristics and regularity of the rescue personnel injuries spectrum in non-war military operations reveal that the injury and the poisoning take up the highest proportion in earthquake rescue,and the respiratory tract infection is the highest disease incidence in flood rescue,and the early vitamins deficiency is higher in blazes forces.Meanwhile,attention should also be paid to mental and behavior disorders of fighters in international aid operations and anti-terrorism stability fighters.The injury spectrum of personnel participating in non-war military operations is diversified,which should be timely prepared according to the injury characteristics and make the rescue work efficient and effective.
