摘要
利用职业枯竭测查量表对374名男性官兵进行测评,评价持续施工作业人员在职业枯竭、工作满意度、离职意向、一般心理健康、负性情绪、身心疲惫6个方面的整体情况.结果显示:持续施工作业人员的职业枯竭情况尚可,处于中上水平;一般心理健康水平良好;负性情绪不严重;工作满意度和离职意向都处于中等水平;施工人员们普遍存在较高的身心疲惫情况.从而得出:职业枯竭与所测查的情绪、行为反应关系较紧密;当耗竭情况越高、讥诮情况越高、职业效能越低时,施工人员感受到工作满意度低、离职意向高,心理健康情况较差,负性情绪和身心疲惫状况都较明显;职业枯竭测查可客观反应工程部队的疲劳情况.
The objective of this work was to investigate on-job burnout among officers and soldiers after continous working,to evaluate fatigue degree.A quantitative survey was done among 374 male officers and soldiers,assessed by burnout rating scales.The relations between burnout and job satisfaction,resignation attitude,mental health,negative emotions and languor are investigated.It was found that on-job burnout among officers and soldiers was below average;mental health was well;negatie emotions was not common;job satisfaction and resignation attitude was moderately rated;all the officers and soldiers were in high degree of languor.It is concluded that burnout and emotion,behavioral response were closely correlated.The higher degree of exhaustion and being more cynical,the lower degree of job satisfaction and mental health,the more negative emotions and languor.Burnout measurement can reflex fatigue degree objectively.
