复合膜[PEI/P_5W_(30)/PEI/CR]_(20)的制备、表征、电致变色性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了调变多酸电致变色复合薄膜的颜色,利用层接层自组装技术,以聚乙烯亚胺[poly(ethylene imine),PEI]为成膜基质,将轮型多酸K12.5Na1.5[NaP5W30O110]·15H2O(P5W30)和有机染料刚果红(Congo red,CR)成功组装了一种具有电致变色性能的复合膜材料.利用紫外-可见吸收光谱、扫描电镜、循环伏安对复合膜材料进行了表征,并对其电化学性能及电致变色性能进行了研究.结果表明,复合膜的光反差为38.81%,着色时间为2.33s,褪色时间为1.32s,最大着色效率为160cm2/C,复合膜实现了浅红褐色和红棕色之间的可逆变化,CR的加入成功实现了多酸电致变色复合膜材料的颜色调变. A electrochromic material based on K12.5 Na1.5[NaP5 W30 O110]·15 H2 O(P5 W30),PEI and Congo red was prepared by layer-by-layer(LbL)method.The characterization of the composite film was studied by UV-visible spectra,and cyclic voltammograms.The electrochromic properties of the film were characterized via chronoamperometric and spectroelectrochemistry.The composite film displays adjustable colors and undergoes transitions from light reddish brown to red-brown,resulting in an optical contrast of 38.81%and a coloration efficiency of 160 cm2/C.Furthermore,the switching times were 2.33 sfor coloration and 1.32 sfor bleaching.
