生物分子标志物在肺癌中的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 肺癌来源于气管支气管粘膜或腺体,主要组织类型有腺癌、鳞癌、小细胞癌和大细胞癌[1],是当前全世界最常见恶性肿瘤之一,其发病率呈逐年上升趋势,位居我国恶性肿瘤发病和死亡的首位,严重威胁人类的健康与生命。肺癌的疗效和预后与早期诊断密切相关,肺癌早期症状不典型,表现隐匿,易被忽视,很多患者确诊时已属晚期,丧失了最佳治疗时机。
